Compensation Analyst

$75,000–$105,000 base + bonus + comprehensive benefits
Up to 10% travel required
She Recruits is working with a high-growth organization to identify a Compensation Analyst who is ready to make an impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and wants to play a key role in shaping compensation strategy across a national workforce.
This position reports to senior leadership in People Analytics and Total Rewards. The right candidate will have a strong foundation in compensation design, market analysis, and HR systems—especially Workday—and be able to communicate insights with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update salary structures, job classifications, and geographic differentials
Support the design and administration of incentive and bonus programs
Forecast annual raises and model compensation for over 1,000 employees
Evaluate job descriptions and ensure internal consistency and appropriate leveling
Provide compensation guidance to HR, Finance, and Recruiting teams
Conduct competitive market analyses and participate in compensation surveys
Monitor regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws
Configure and manage compensation components in Workday HCM
Build dashboards and reports in collaboration with IT to ensure pay equity
Prepare ad hoc compensation recommendations and presentations for leadership
Partner with recruiting to advise on salary ranges and total rewards during hiring
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related role
Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel and compensation tools
Experience working in or alongside high-performance, professional services environments
Clear, concise communicator with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently
Familiarity with compensation compliance requirements
Must reside within commuting distance of Wilmington, Philadelphia, or Boston
Willingness to work in the office an average of four days per week
Ability to consistently work 45–50 hours per week with occasional evenings/weekends
