As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team you are expected to develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and enhance decision-making. As a Director you are responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. This role involves defining data management and governance strategies, collaborating on transformation projects, and leveraging modern cloud data architectures to align data initiatives with organizational goals. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
