Job Description

We are actively hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our live marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement at in-person events. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals eager to start a career in event planning, fundraising, sales, brand promotions , or marketing .

You’ll work alongside an experienced team and contribute directly to the success of interactive campaigns for a nationally recognized client. No prior experience is required — we offer comprehensive training , hands-on learning, and mentorship to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day execution of live events, pop-up activations, and brand promotions

  • Engage with customers in-person and provide a welcoming, informative experience

  • Act as a liaison between clients and the public to ensure positive customer interactions

  • Assist in achieving event goals related to brand awareness , customer outreach , and fundraising

  • Share creative ideas to improve event flow, performance, and satisfaction

  • Respond to customer questions with professionalism and provide effective solutions

  • Collect customer feedback and help track campaign performance metrics

  • Participate in team strategy meetings, training sessions, and field-based learning

  • Continuously develop skills in communication, organization, and customer service

Qualifications:

  • Interest in marketing , event coordination , customer service , or sales

  • No prior experience needed – full training provided

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Positive, proactive attitude and a team-focused mindset

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
