Key Responsibilities

• Represent top nonprofit organizations and leading brands at live events, retail promotions, and community outreach programs

• Engage with donors and customers to increase brand awareness, generate support, and drive fundraising goals

• Execute face-to-face marketing campaigns in retail and community event settings

• Assist with lead generation, donor retention, and customer acquisition efforts

• Use CRM tools to track campaign performance and supporter engagement

• Collaborate with team members to exceed marketing and fundraising targets

• Participate in weekly training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic , and eagerness to learn

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments

• Local candidates with immediate availability preferred
