We are seeking a motivated Leadership Development Trainee to join our team and participate in a comprehensive training program designed to prepare future leaders within our organization. This role will expose you to key business operations, strategic planning, and team management, offering hands-on experience in real-time business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Participate in structured leadership training and mentorship programs
Rotate through various departments to gain a holistic understanding of business operations
Assist with project management, team coordination, and business development tasks
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
Collaborate with managers and senior staff on organizational initiatives
Deliver presentations and reports on progress and findings
Uphold company values and represent Comvox in a professional manner
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, extracurriculars, or past roles
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus
