Description The client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Servicing Specialist to join our Mortgage Servicing and Booking Team on a contract basis through March 1, 2026. This role is ideal for someone with experience in mortgage servicing and booking who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn new processes. Key Responsibilities: Review residential loan documentation for accuracy and completeness. Ensure accurate and systematic data entry of loan agreements into internal systems. Manage residential mortgage loan booking, modifications, and servicing tasks. Handle high volumes of loan booking and related servicing activities. Track and reconcile general ledger (GL) entries and fee collections. Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance and accuracy in servicing processes. Participate in remote meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with team goals and updates. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must-Have: Minimum 1 year of experience in lending (servicing, booking, or both). Experience with residential mortgage loans and servicing. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Comfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration tools. Nice-to-Have: Experience with Appian or similar workflow management platforms. Familiarity with production metrics tracking and reporting. Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.24 - $19.31/hr.
