As a Salesforce Associate Consultant/Consultant , you will work with our Clients and other team members applying your knowledge of the Salesforce platform to create solutions that add value to the Client's business.
Primary tasks include, but aren't limited to:
Perform configuration and testing activities in Clients' Salesforce orgs, based on guidance provided by other senior team members
Demonstrate and train on work product to senior team members and/or Clients
Document testing recommendations for work product
Support Client User Acceptance Testing process
Help identify potential risks and/or issues that may impact the project
Serve as key contributor to value-added Client solutions
Keep track of and record time in the Palladin time tracking system in a timely manner
Participate in company building activities such as: internal Salesforce administration and on-going enhancements, internal process improvement initiatives, obtaining and maintaining prioritized certifications

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Consultant or Developer
<2 years experience - Associate Consultant
2+ years experience - Consultant
Salesforce certifications are preferred, particularly for the Consultant level
Proficiency with Salesforce.com configuration and administration including:
Setting up new users, profiles and permissions
Building Custom objects, formula fields and declarative automations
Building Reports, Dashboards and Views
Configuring/modifying Lightning Apps and pages
Installing and configuring App Exchange solutions
Maintaining the overall Salesforce.com system, including data loads
Experience creating documentation for requirements, solution designs, test scripts, and/or training guides
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and organize information, work independently and use good judgment
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others and display strong communication skills with colleagues and client stakeholders
Adept with multiple software systems and willing to learn new products
