Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team for Ice Cream Scoopers and Experience in Coffee Barista Preparation. In this role, you will be the face of our ice cream shop, providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious treats. If you have a passion for desserts and enjoy interacting with people, this position is perfect for you! Also experience in Coffee making is a plus. Responsibilities Manage Store with day-to-day activities. Also making sure the shifts are covered to the staff. Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Scoop ice cream and do the prep work needed for store functioning along with the staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area and dining space. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system. Assist in upselling additional items to enhance the customer experience. Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain high standards of hygiene. Experience Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus. POS experience is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.
